Formation Phase (9 months)
The Formation Phase is a time for the Pastor and the Leadership Team to receive Formation on the Church's teaching and wisdom on evangelization, that when applied to the entirety of their parish life, results in the parish developing a culture of evangelization and discipleship.
This phase includes:

This will be done by consistently communicating the vision, helping others move closer to Jesus as they apply the disciple making process (pathway) to individuals and the whole of parish life, move toward greater communion with one another for the sake of mission, and align the whole of parish life through pastoral decisions that advance the mission.
This phase includes:
Pastor meetings 3-4 times a year for 1 hour with ONEPL
Leadership Team meetings 3-4 times a year for 1 hour with ONEPL
Leadership Team (bi-monthly) planning sessions without ONEPL at the parish
Annual weekend retreat with other parishes in the Archdiocese
